  The Characters

Satya (Chekravarthy)

A man with no roots. A man who has never known fear. A brilliant strategy amidst frenzied action. A thought unhampered by emotion. An insight into the darkest situation..... This is Satya, the man who came from nowhere and took the underworld by storm.

Vidya (Urmila Matondkar)

A middle-class girl struggling to make ends meet. Her simple love for Satya, her blind trust in him, breathes life into this man - teaches him to love and dream. And fear.
Manoj Bajpai

Bheeku Mhatre (Manoj Bajpai)

A man governed by volatile impulses and violently fluctuating emotions, he is feared by the police and the underworld as a dangerous gangster.
Saurabh Shukla

Kallu mama (Saurabh Shukla)

The eldest member of the Bheeku Mhatre gang, Kallu mama is a lovable gangster and a dichotomy. His hearty infectious laughter, carefree spirit and spontaneous emotions belie a steely courage that runs beneath, and surfaces unexpectedly, proving his intense love and loyalty towards Bheeku, Satya and the rest of the gang.
Paresh Rawal

Amodh Shukla (Paresh Rawal)

He knows how to hit the underworld where it hurts. Risking public opinion, he goes ahead with the one ruthless but effective method that shakes the underworld to its foundations.
Govind Namdev

Bhau (Govind Namdev)

This gangster-turned-politician very much continues to push the buttons of the various sub-divisions of his underworld empire, albeit remotely. Sweet faced, laughing, he is almost paternal in his affection.
Aditya Srivastava

Khandilkar (Aditya Srivastava)

Ruthless in his idealism, this man carries out Amodh Shukla's method of fighting crime with a single mindedness that spells disaster for everyone involved.
Shefali Chhaya

Pyaari (Shefali Chhaya)

The darling wife of the dreaded gangster Bheeku Mhatre. Highly devoted to her husband and family but very temperamental when it comes to the tempestuous ways of Bheeku.
Snehal Dabi

Chander (Snehal Dabi)

The 'boy' of the gang, always jovial and ready to share a joke. A braggart, he brings relief to the gang, bragging about his exploits and escapades
