Requirement

Our client, a leading player in the space of content transformation, Aptara needed an ITIL Foundation training solution for their client, an innovative IT Service Management solutions provider, servicing mid to large size business. It is a highly responsive company focused on delivering long-term client success and an unparalleled customer experience.
   

Project Brief

The requirement was to create an interesting learning solution that could be used by all levels of IT support and service staff.
   

Technical

The solution was a scenario based approach to teach the principles of ITIL to the end users. There were characters developed for the story and the module was developed in such a way as to emulate the roles of the various stakeholders within the process.
   

Completion

The WITS team used Flash and XML to create the course. The final solution comprised 2D animations, role-play, voice-over and interactivities. The course structure was branched so as to give the users access to the required parts of the module. The text in the course was dynamic and hence easily updatable to multiple languages.

Client Speak

The final product was engaging and had a user friendly and immaculate interface that got us rave reviews from the client.
